Back up datafiles on a regular basis and keep copies. This way, if something does go wrong it will only affect recent data.

2. All the help you need may already be at your fingertips. Refer to the website and/or manual as these provide the answers to the most commonly asked questions.

3. Contact us. Email is the preferred means of contact as they:
- provide a clear first-hand account for the programmer.
- facilitate the current task, and any future calls.
- in turn, this may minimise your support cost.

Our support team will require these details:
  • Your operating system.
  • Your version of ShopFront.
  • Your serial/licence number.
  • Support agreement details.
  • Anything different, eg: new password, different datafile, another program installed.

Support charges apply to any issue not classified as a bug. for example,
- installation, hardware and/or network issues.
- providing information already available on the web and/or manual.
- problems due to incorrect preference settings and/or user error.
